Jack and Judy discussed what motivated him, at age 79, to champion the Fit for Life Foundation - his "end of career story", as he puts it. He explains why he wants to change our idea of aging by shifting the focus from illness and decline to health and fitness in the later years.

Dr Judy Oskam is a professor in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Texas State University and a certified Strenghts and Tiny Habits coach. On her podcast, she and her guests explore ideas and strategies about how to deal with change and embrace creativity.
