Who we are

The Fit for Life Foundation supports healthy aging and independent mobility of older people in aging societies worldwide through grants to innovative projects and by building global awareness of the value of physical activity.

The Fit for Life Foundation was established in 2020 as a public interest, not-for-profit foundation based in Liechtenstein. Its sister organization, the Fit for Life Foundation International, is based in Geneva, Switzerland.

The foundation promotes the vision of Jack Lowe, a Swiss entrepreneur and all-round athlete who has experienced first-hand the positive impact of sport on his ability to remain healthy, active and engaged in old age.

Jack believes that “getting fit and staying physically active are the best investment you can make for a long and healthy life.”
