Get Fit for Life
In a rapidly aging world, we believe movement, vitality, and independence should be within everyone’s reach, at every stage of life. This is the story of what we built.
OUR JOURNEY
We changed the conversation
The world is living longer, yet too often the conversation has focused on care, dependency, and decline rather than possibility.
Fit for Life Foundation helped shift that narrative, championing a future where health, vitality, independence, and purpose remain within everyone’s reach.
Built on a simple belief that movement changes lives, we supported initiatives, partnerships, and storytelling that advanced lifelong fitness, independent mobility, and healthy longevity.

What We Do
Addressing the challenges of an aging world in partnership with Ashoka New Longevity
Fit for Life Foundation was founded in 2022 to bring attention to an essential – yet too often overlooked area in philanthropy: healthy longevity.
Since 2024, we have partnered with Ashoka New Longevity to scale up our mission to change the narrative about aging by supporting innovative social entrepreneurs and changemakers worldwide.
In a rapidly aging world, we believe that everyone deserves to age with health and purpose.

Our Mission
Raise awareness
We spread the message about the importance of physical fitness for long-term health in an aging world and share expert advice and resources.
Promote life-long fitness
We support impactful, innovative solutions that promote life-long health and fitness among older (65+) and middle-aged people (40+), with a focus on independent mobility.
Reduce need for old-age care
Older people who are healthy and independently mobile are more likely to be able to age in place, reducing the need for long-term residential care.
Fit for Life Awards
An annual grant program supporting non-profit organizations and social enterprises that pioneer impactful solutions for life-long health, fitness and independent mobility.
